Custom Monogram Digitizing Fee: One-Time Design Setup

Turn your personal monogram, wedding crest, or custom artwork into an embroidery-ready design!

This one-time digitizing fee is required when submitting a design that is not already available in our standard monogram collection. It covers the professional conversion of one custom design into a file that can be stitched by our embroidery machine.

Only one fee is required per design, even when the same design is used across multiple coordinating items in the same order, such as wreath sashes, bouquet wraps, napkins, or other wedding accessories.

Please add one digitizing fee to your cart for each unique design being submitted.

Please note:

• This listing is for digitizing services only and does not include a physical product.
• One fee covers one custom design.
• You do not need to purchase multiple fees when using the same design on multiple items.
• Additional or substantially revised designs may require another digitizing fee.
• Digitizing fees are nonrefundable once work on the embroidery file has begun.
