Processing & Shipping

Most Ollie Belle Embroidery items are made or personalized just for you. Please allow the processing time listed on the individual product page before your order ships. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $6.95, with free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at checkout for eligible customers. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this notification before arriving.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Ollie Belle Embroidery is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help however we can.
